Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Graceandcharms. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for your refund to be processed and appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider's policies.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. The item you wish to exchange must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. You will be responsible for any price difference between the exchanged items, as well as the shipping costs for returning the original item and sending the new one.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
